This thread will tell the story of the Frankenthal Palatines. Frankenthal is a small town with a population of about 40,000 and is located in Rhineland Palatinate, Germany.

I will update season records in this post.

Out of the Park placed us into "Beta Sigma" in the Entry Pool.

I admit it, I bought 5,500 points ... to test out how this works but also to support the development team.

Okay, here's how the six starter packs turned out - Part 1:

Not all that much to be excited, so I decided to spend my 5,500 points in 5 more standard packs.

And the very first pack immediately turned out to drastically change the course of this franchise:

While the final 4 packs didn't provide much, I deceided to put up the Mookie Betts-card up in the Auction House and ended up with 56,701 PP after taxes.

And after a few more packs didn't lead to anything and I struggled with a rotation of high 50's and low 60's I bought myself a few starting pitchers

We were swept in our season-opening series by scores of 1:0, 3:2 and 4:2 but rebounded to a 6-6 record before I went to bed last night ... woke up this morning with these achievements

Well, my team had another 11-game win-streak overnight.

Suddenly the team that stumbled out of the gates with an 10-22 record, including a 9-game skid,hat built a comfortable 7 game lead and the 7th best overall record

21-6 in June and 20-5 in July
