Do our rosters get expanded for September 1?

Since this is the first season of PT, do our roster sizes go to 40 players on Sept 1? If so, I'm glad I'm stacking some depth on my reserve roster...

Rosters don't expand in PT.

When I was eliminated in the beta seasons, I would clear out my roster and give some other cards a try. The last season I junked my entire roster with 8 games to play... and the new roster went 5-3.
