Missing player from auction

Hi all... can anyone direct me to info on how to report or question a lost player? I put an 81 value guy in the auction twice, and he wasn't bid on (he isn't a highly sought guy I guess) and after the second time I didn't get him back, and he isn't deactivated on my inactive list either. I didn't receive the PP for him.

I'm sure it's a glitch of some kind but hate being out the PP for it.

Check your transaction history to make sure you didn't click the auto sell box. I did that once by mistake with a gold card by mistake.
