Player I paid real money for disappeared

I payed real money on Steam so I could purchase points which I used to buy James Paxton for 3333 points. Now Paxton has disappeared from my roster, although the transaction is still listed. Needless to say I will not be spending any more money on points until this type of bug is fixed. In the meantime I should have 3,333 points put in my account, or Paxton back on my roster.

Did you check your inactive players?

Ok, yes he was on the inactive list. The last time I closed the game he was on the active roster so I don't know why he was inactive. Also Colby Rasmus was my backup outfielder, and the next time I opened the game he was on the reserve roster,
and I had no backup outfielder, and now I have to wait to put him back on the active roster.

In Settings, is active roster moves (promotion/demotion) and/or reserve roster management set to user?
