Why is Greinke in the Batting Lineup

Hi Guys,

i am a little confused, maybe you could help me out here.

Zack Greinke is always in my Batting Lineup. The AI sets him always as DH (I stopped that by not asking the AI)

He's probably set as a two-way player. You probably want to disable that, unless if you want him to pinch hit for you.

EDIT: Yes, he was set as two-way Player. Maybe the AI set this. Thank you

I have Wade LeBlanc and he's set as a 2-way player. How do I disable it for him? I know I've seen it before, but I can't remember where the setting is.

Player strategy. Easiest way is to right click -> Set Game Strategy, and then it's on the bottom at the right

While Greinke is one of the best hitting pitchers (he hit .328 for the Dodgers one year) you can definitely do better at DH

Mine did that too with the future Puk... it was weird because I had much better players I could use as DH... had to disable the two way player, but I didn't have that problem in the beta, but now it keeps wanting to use a pitcher as DH.

I'm having the same with Arrieta. I like that he is listed as a potential batter (i.e. 2-way Player), but it doesn't make sense that the AI wants him to be the starting DH based on ratings.

Yeah, I had to go manually set everything up, which is fine. Set up them and strategies.

Thank you for pointing this out. I ran the AI yesterday and didn't think about it. Turks out SP Mike Leake has been DHing (???).

It gets "better" - I also have C.C. on my team, and he was set to start every 3rd game at DH.
