Most recent steam update has caused game unplayable

All of a sudden several errors have popped up when trying to play OOTP19. Patch Instillation failed: Could not unpack Archive, that appears for about 8-10 different zip files when I open the game. When I try to start a new game or continue a saved game it says DATABASE::create_random_league_logo - could not save league logo and then proceeds to do that for ever league logo in the major league and minor leagues. All png files.

If anyone can help solve this issue I would be grateful, currently the game is unplayable.

Wow they really screwed the game with those last updates

I had over 500 hours without issue,,,,,Now cant even play , game shuts down by itself

im on Steam,, windows 10

I Wish I could remove those updates,,, not sure how on steam.
