after upgraded win10 rs5, I can't play ootp19

I'm Korean OOTP fan.
After upgraded windows 10 rs5, I can't play ootp19

when I launch a ootp19, I can see this message.
afterward don't launch ootp19

So I have no choice but to play ootp18

I don't know how I can play ootp19
I wait for your answer.

Hi!

We've received a few reports of this from Korean users. It appears there's a problem with the Redstone 5 update that's causing OOTP to crash. However we haven't been able to track it down yet.

We're looking into this further and it might take a bit as it doesn't seem like a simple problem. I'll get in touch with you when I have some more info for you or if we need to know anything else.
