Won player at auction...never reports

Hello.

The night before the playoffs, I bid on, and apparently won, Trevor Story. The bid was deducted from my account, and it shows as a bid I won in my bid history. BUT Trevor never shows up anywhere on my roster. Yes, I already exited the game and re-entered. Not sure what to do...knowing whether or not I have this player is key to my whole free agency process. Plus the bid amount deducted impacts the amount of free agency funds I have.

A playoff freeze, perhaps? I bought him overnight right as playoffs started.

You can check your transaction history now that it is working. Sometime the bid history screen is confusing if someone did a Buy it Now.

As mentioned above, I'd guess someone else actually bought him using the quickbuy. The game currently displays that as if you won the auction in the history, even though you didn't.

Even if the exact amount of PP funds disappeared also? He's just out of the PP now?

It seems to have been the Buy Now bug. The transaction history shows the bid, and shows I was outbid, even though in bid history it shows I won. It didn't seem like I got my funds back, but it shows I did. I probably miscalculated....made quite a few transactions that day.

Update: I was able to acquire Story after figuring out what happened...for less than I had originally bid! But I really could have used him in that playoff series....
