Wrong Start Time for League

I am in Sigma Delta A league and it is set to start at 10:30 EST. I thought the leagues start at the top of an hour.

We had to set this back by half an hour for today. The creation of the new leagues just takes so much time

My countdown is stuck on simulation....is this normal/ will it just be this way until 10:30 EST?

Yes, except it might be more like 11:00 EST now
