Do all leagues have an overall limit?
i made a list of the best players and 25 players, but when we started the game we had a few players left and Jim is unknown. Disappeared players can not be used.

OK, looks like you are having the same problem some people have reported that the submit does not go through. We have a fix for it tomorrow on the server side, so things will be okay after you submit your team after the first simulation ran Friday.

Is there a limit to the number of players who have high overrolls?

Yes, this is just a bug. There's no limit.
