Perfect Team Leaking Into My OOTP Standard Game

MAYBE THIS SHOULD BE IN THE BUG REPORTS?

Seems somehow my perfect team game has leaked into my standard Detroit Tigers franchise.

I downloaded the update for perfect team (1.1.1.?) and started playing it yesterday. I got Kendrys Morales in one of my packs, and put him up for auction, I think it was like a 24 hour auction or something.

Today while playing out my Detroit Tigers franchise (not Perfect Team) I got a message that Kendrys Morales was not assigned to a team and I needed to go to my Team Transactions menu to do something.

Sure enough, there was Kendrys Morales sitting in my DFA waiting to be assigned. Now, I know for a fact that the quickstart does not have Kendrys Morales on the Tigers, and I know for a fact that I did not sign or trade for him in my season. Another interesting thing is he had no stats.

So it seems, that the Kendrys Morales on my Perfect Team somehow ported over to my franchise game. I could not advance to the next day until I resolved this issue, so I just released him. Now that I think of it, I should probable switch to Commish mode and delete him before the game signs him and there are 2 Kendrys in my season.

Just an FYI for those of you out there who are playing a franchise game and perfect team at the same time, might be an issue going forward.

Edit: Sure enough, I double checked and now there are 2 Kendrys in my game. The real Kendrys on the Blue Jays who has all his stats for career and so far in 2018, and the fake Kendrys who magically appeared on my team and has no stats or history sitting in free agency. Could an administrator move this to bug reports?

Yeah, this is a known problem that's fixed in today's patch.

So you'll just want to delete the player from your regular game, then download and install the patch and you should be good!
