deactivation exploit

You can exploit the 14 day demotion rule by deactivating a reactivating cards. This wipes any stats they may have but then can be immediately re-added to the roster.

Unknown at this time:
-Can you deactivate-cycle a pitcher to pitch back to back days?
-Can you deactivate-cycle a player to reset a cold streak (I don't know if streaks are implemented in the sim engine or just something the game uses to describe what's happening in the sim engine, but if it's the former this is a serious issue)

Edit: I missed a previous report of this because it was reported as an auction-related bug. Glad to hear this will be fixed soon!
