How do you play a challenge mode game?

When I first start a game I get the option to play in challenge mode. I have an account, I click challenge mode and start the game but I still have the option to play commissioner mode and the game doesn't look any different. How do you know you're in challenge mode?

This is currently a bug in using modern rosters. Your best bet is to use a historical league till the next patch.

Came to the forums to see what was up with Challenge Mode like you, and seems like it's a known issue - sure that the crew will have it fixed soon!
