Error Opening 1,000 Pack

Bought 1,000 pack. When I opened it I received an error but it still removed 1,000 from my balance. Checked roster to see if players were added, but none were.

Plz add 1,000 to my balance or credit my account with a card pack.

You might also just need to log out and log back in again to see the cards in your account.

Logged out and back in. Pack doesn't show up. Pretty sure I changed all players under Manage Inactive Cards to active before i bought it. There are no players listed as inactive.

Can you look in your inactive cards and see if they're there?

yep. i did. everyone is active. so if they were added as inactive, they're not there.

anyway to look at all my transactions and see if the number of players i've gained/sold adds up against packs i've opened/bought?

Nope, not currently.

I would guess they're there and you just missed them when they were added, but saw them and got used to having them.

So its your best guess that I missed 6 players added. Is it a problem to credit my profile a 1,000 pack?

It might be possible if you didn't get the cards, but Chris will have to take a look and see if he can figure out what happened first. I'd guess that won't be till tomorrow since he's off for the day as of now (It's 9PM in Germany).
