Simming with correct saved lineup

Is this working as intended for everyone,In my simmed games the lineup never seems the exact same as my saved lineup and yes i do submit team before every game.

Unless you set the reserves to never play in the depth chart, the lineups are never going to be exactly the same as you set.

That's because guys will get subbed in and out to give the reserves a chance to play, according to whatever frequency is set for them in the depth charts.

If you set and use the 7-day lineups though, the game should use those exactly. Just be aware of the need for giving guys rest when they start to get tired.
