Help with making a custom playoff

Can someone help me with how to setup a custom playoff.
I have 2 leagues each with 3 divisions, I want to have each division winner in the playoff with 2 wild card teams in each league, First round will have wild Card teams in a one game series with the winner playing the division team with the best record in the second round, the 2nd best division winner playing the 3rd best division winner in the second round in 3 game playoffs.
Those winners playing in a five games series. And the winner of each league playing in the world series in 7 game series.

I can't figure how to step it up right, could some one help me with how to do it. The giving teams a bye in the first round was throwing me off. it kept putting a team in a spot when i tried to them a buy
