Cannot conduct expansion draft

Anyone ever run into issues where it's impossible to conduct an expansion draft? I created my two new teams (managing one), thent I did some setting adjustments for the game and hired personnel. Now, no matter what I do, I cannot conduct the expansion draft. If I try to sim past the day, it takes me to the REAL June draft screen, nothing about expansion is there. I've also tried expanding further and then deleting the extra teams, and I've tried deleting and scheduling a new protection list deadline/expansion draft myself from the League Events screen. Nothing works.

Did you ever find an answer to this? I'm having the same problem.

I had previously conducted an expansion draft with no problem. The only difference is that this time the league has moved to the free agency/arbitration system, while last time it was still under reserve clause rules. Would that make a difference?
