rink23 Hall Of Famer Join Date: Apr 2013 Posts: 24,208	Question about trade offers -- then they won't negotiate I am in my fifth season (2022) of my Cardinals dynasty and one thing that has always perturbed me, is when you get to July with the trade deadline approaching you start getting trade offers where you have a chance to land a top-level player. But when you go to negotiate the deal, they won't follow through -- the old you have no player who will make this deal work -- even though you may offer exactly what they need from your major league roster or a handful of top minor leaguers if they're looking to rebuild.
