Resetting injuries

I just discovered this button. I had dreadful injuries in my last play through, I don't want to disable injuries completely, but it was overwhelming.

This is a nice feature to have, but I feel guilty using it.

Does anyone else feel just a tad guilty when resetting injuries ?

Really wish they'd bring back the injury slider.

I turn them off completely. It's more of an OCD thing for me lol

I like having the injuries for the realism aspect, but the amount of little day to day injuries in this years game is unbearable. My sim takes twice as long because I spend so much adjusting lines due to silly injuries such as a black eye or minor cut to the face. Until and if they reduce the amount of injuries I'd rather play with them off completely.
