Purchase question??
Hello - I am considering purchasing the game given the sale going on. Quick question - if I buy it will I be able to play it on my PC and iMac or would I have to purchase it twice to do this? If I buy it from the OOTP website vs Steam does the ability to play it on multiple devices change? I thought with prior versions on Steam I could play on any PC or iMac if I was logged into my Steam account.
Thank you! |

If you buy direct, e.g. not Steam, you get a license key that can be used twice.
I have two laptops and have used a key on each. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

I ordered from the e-mail, and the two installation methods described both direct through Steam. I am OK with using Steam, but historically I have ordered direct and had it loaded directly on my computer, outside of Steam. Is that still feasible?

yeah from their 'esellerate' store. should link to it on main ootp19 website. maybe even in the update thread?
since you want to use 1 mac and 1 pc i'd assume you'd want the esellerate option. but, maybe inconsequential too. edit: not limited to: https://www.origin.com/usa/en-us/sto...rk-baseball-19 (from WS sales post) Last edited by NoOne; 10-20-2018 at 03:42 AM. |

Just close my question here, it was all of my own doing. I failed to distinguish the difference between the two Download buttons. It is clear now, but in my excitement I assumed the download button was simply a duplicate of the first one.
No issue, I have Steam as well but I have always ordered direct through the company so they could get the full sales price and not share it with Steam. |
