stuck with incomplete lineup

Total noob here but playing my first OOTP 19 game and I'm stuck on this screen:

Looks like I have a full lineup and all defensive players are accounted for so I'm not sure what's wrong?

Have the computer auto fill your roster and lineups. Then modify as needed.

Was fumbling around so just did a restart, all good.

19 is awesome.

As it turns out, you didn't have a pitcher.
