So, go to commissioner mode and edit the personality of a player. With brutal honesty, rate yourself on all of the personality characteristics - including those hidden ones like Adaptability and Handle Success etc.

What's your category and your blurb?

Mine: Normal "Has a good head on his shoulders"

Now, take those ratings and flip them around 100 (the middle rating) so that what was originally high is rated low and vice versa. This is the "anti-you"

Anti-Me: Normal "He won't form a long term attachment to a team and is thick-headed"

Now, take everything that is below 100 and set it to 1 and everything that is above 100 and set it to 200. This is the extreme anti-you

Extreme Anti-Me: Outspoken "Known for his candor like it or not"

Now, flip the 1's and 200's for the extreme you.

Extreme Me: Prankster "He keeps the team entertained during long road trips"

Hmmmm....

Normal: Captain, "Strives to be the best"

Anti-me: Outspoken, "Tends to get defensive with others"

Extreme Anti-me: the same as anti-me

Extreme me: same as Normal me

Maybe I didn't grade correctly, or maybe thats just me haha

Anti-Me: (Normal) He has no hustle and is unthinking.

Extreme Anti-Me: Same as Anti-Me

Extreme Me: Respected throughout the league. Personality Class: Captain.

Extreme Anti-Me: Normal - He is unmotivated and unthinking.

Anti-Me: Normal - Focused, but frustrates easily. (Interesting that I got the same for both)

Extreme Anti-Me: Normal - Players rally around him, despite his work ethic and lack of baseball smarts.

Extreme Me: Humble - He gives it his all no matter what the score is.
