History question

If I go back to 2000-2001 season when Minnesota and Columbus came into the league.. got a couple of questions

A) does the junior leagues still have u17 tournament and such?

B) all of the nhl players drafted from 2000-2018 in the draft classes?

C) can you still have ahl ECHL farm teams?

D) if u go back to 2000 can u stop the teams from moving and add the new teams as expansion drafts or does the teams move automatically such as Atlanta to Winnipeg, Vegas joining etc..

E) if I want to go back and redo the whole 2000 expansion draft when do I have to start July 1999 and auto sim the first season

No international play in historical games right now.

Some of the draftees who didn't make the NHL are included, but for the most part it's only players who've actually played an NHL game.

No ECHL farm teams yet, just the top-level ones.

It's not possible to change the historical league structures, although you can edit the team names (but they will reset each year.)

Yeah, you'd need to start in 1999 to get the 2000 expansion draft.
