2018 End of Season Stats Ratings

This is an edited September Quickstart that has the end of season stats for every batter with at least 250 AB, 90 IP for starters and 60 IP for relievers plugged into the modifier with ratings recalced.

Thanks SP were fixed but when switch 6 man like changes the SP so like Ross DFA Cardinals,Flaherty is in Triple-A,Kershaw to Middle Reliever and so on but it is still August 31st and not 10-1.
