2D view

I can play games with 3D ballparks fine but when I want to play games in
2D all I get is black background. Any suggestions.

It sounds like your ballpark(s) are not pointing to at least the default photo. Edit the ballparks and look for the photo set up (I'm not sure if you need to be the commissioner to do this.)
