Don't know why this happens ...

Sometimes lists, such as free agents come up scrollable and sometimes you have to go page by page by hitting arrows. Is there any way to change this? For instance, I am getting the page by page view for FAs and Personnel in current game and much prefer scrolling. Any way to change the setting? Some games lists all come up scrollable. Don't understand and can't find a setting.

It has to do with the number of players in the list.
I think there is another thread around here about it but I did not find it.

File>Settings>Interface>Players/Coaches List and then select scroll bars.


Note that I said File>Settings and not Game>Settings
