Option having teams cover salary of players during trades

Own 16-18, looked into 19, and as far as I could see aside from the "Add Cash" option that has been around (and most teams will never have ability to cover 10mil or a 30mil contract), there still isn't an option to have a team pay part of a player's remaining contract you are trading for.

This is an immersion and realism component I don't notice as being present yet, and if so, I'd HIGHLY recommend it's implementation for OOTP 20. Can guarantee it'll get me to buy in if 3D engine remains similar (as I see 19 improved 3D engine, which was my disappointment from 18).

Also, if I am utterly clueless to it's presence, would be grateful if someone let me know how I can ask a team eat that 30 mil salary a bit for a player I'm trading for, lol.
