Issue with Setting up Custom League

I am in the process of trying to set up a MLB league. However, I am trying to change the set up for the DSL. Instead of some about half the teams having 2 Dominican teams, I am trying to set it up where each MLB organization has 1 team in the DSL. The breakdown would be 30 teams, 6 divisions, with 5 teams in each division.

I get everything set up as I want it, and then I select "start game" to start the new league. The league gets about 75% percent loaded, then it crashes. I don't get an error message or anything, the game just shuts down and disappears.

Does anyone have any ideas why it would do that? I have never had issue setting up a league in the past. Admittedly, I do not have much experience in customizing the actual league structure in previous games. Any help or insight would be appreciated.
