Import Export dividing stats possible?

Odd question, complex...but maybe I can be helped.
Would like to take the import/export files for batting, fielding and pitching and divide all the values.

I want to try playing the mlb quickstart with a much fewer number of games, such as 120 game seasons. That is around a 30% drop in game totals, so I would like to take all the previous player stats in the import/export files and divide them by 30%.

Yes I know the "player id numbers" would then also get divided on a mass divide, but I will only keep key players so it wont take long to replace the player numbers as needed.
All the stats line is what I would like to drop by 30%

Suggestions as a way to do that. There must be a simple way to ask the computer to take all the numbers in the file and drop by 30%. Anyone know how to do it easily without trying to go line by line,value by value?

If you're using Excel, you can apply your formula to only the columns you want (the stat columns, not any that reference age, height, weight, playerID etc --- though that would be a great way to go on a quick diet, LOL).
This isn't even really necessary, though I can see why you would want to give the league & players a history reflecting the "historical" shorter season.
