2-way player_nice

I was sceptical that 2-way players would be more of a gimmick in year one of Ohtani in real life. After I realized that the LF I traded for was a viable starter I'm enjoying the added challenge of managing his PT. Right now I keep him on the bench for 2 days after each start; then start him in LF for 2 games before his next pitching stat. This was his first start in an NL game. He went 8 innings and hit a 2-run HR in the 2nd inning to give himself the lead.

it's cool. i had an outfielder in my minors, couldn't crack the line-up to the majors, so i traded him for some minor league infield depth, which i sorely needed. Turns out he was a 2 way player (which i didn't even think about) and he ended up being a pretty fair starter for the other team. hate it when i don't pay attention to minor details ....

yes
i'm hoping to see more of 2 way players when i get to bringing in more Negro League players to my fictional world. Really nice feature in my mind.

Two way Negro Leaguers seem to be working out very well in my HRD.

I have a couple of these on minor league squads and totally can’t figure out what to do with them lol.
