Post Trade Deadline
I have made simple trades following the July 31 deadline, however, I have always been afraid to trade a “superstar” due to the fact you have to put him on waivers. How can you pull him back?
It seems like I learn about players of mine being claimed by another team after the fact. Some guidance would be appreciative. |

This should cover it:
https://manuals.ootpdevelopments.com...3&page=waivers But my understanding is that you should get notified if your player is claimed, if it's irrevocable.

If you attempt a trade in August and a player is claimed, it's automatically walked back, so you don't have to worry about losing a player that way. We do things a little different than in real MLB at the moment.

Matt does the system still send notifications if a player on irrevocable waivers is claimed?
I was pretty confident OOTP sends notifications if the waivers are irrevocable. Ok, so the screenshot in the manual is from OOTP 9, but it was there! ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
