Go To Scouting Director

When you start a 2019 MLB game, do you replace your scouting director? If so, who is your go-to Scouting Director hire?

I usually hire 1 ASAP and he always seems to retires within 2-3 years. I just try to get someone that matches the philosophy I am aiming for.

Lot of people go for the Japanese Scouting director.
