Need help with Historical Draft Classes

The Historical Draft Classes aren't importing into the game. They had in the past but for some reason stopped doing so. Is there any work around or database I can import in? I know I can enter each player in manually but would like something quicker if out there.

Any help would be great. Thank you

Under league settings/Historical/Historical Rookies settings/ Is Automatically import Historical Rookies checked?

It is checked and the database pathways ...../ootp 19/stats

How bout under Rules/Amateur draft settings/ Enable Amateur checked?

That is checked as well. Although it isn't selectable says it can only be changed in the off season
