How to manage and play 2 teams at once
Hi I am a big ootp baseball fan have been for many years now. ootp 19 is the best ever the in game screen graphics
Player movement is unbelievable. My question is i love the yankees and the nationals i always only managed one team during a season. How can I manage both the nationals and yankees together so i can play all their scheduled games in order.example today both teams are playing so if I play the yankees game the national game is already played how can I play one game and after i play it goes to the next of my managed team. I cant figure it out i went into manager tab at top of screen and have both teams as manager and commissioner. Then I click on use my name as Yankee manager but after I play the game the national game is done help thanks Tom

When you are in the pregame screen, set this option (Simulate World in Background) to "No"

When you set that to No, no other games play in the background, only the one you're managing. So when your 1st game is over, every other game scheduled for that day will still be waiting to be played.

And if you really want to manage both teams, you can create 2 separate human managers and assign each one to a team. Then log in and out as the different manager depending on which team you're working with at the time.

Ok so after I play the Yankee game then I go to the my manager screen then pick my nationals manager then play that game ? Ok so I did add both teams to manager and coach all set to commissioner mode also. so after I finish the yankees game I go to my national manager and finish the game for the same day right?

Right ideally have two separate manager accounts. On days where both teams have games, you play one game, turning off the simulation option. Then immediately after the game, switch managers WITHOUT finishing the day, and play your next game. That time you can turn on simulation if you want.
The biggest risk is not hitting “finish day” before you have played the second game. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I’m not in front of my computer, so I can’t check right now, but I believe it will be wise for you to get in the habit of checking it as part of your “pregame ritual”. I don’t believe there is a way to default it to off.
And when you play the second game, you don’t HAVE to turn it back on. That’s only if you want to look at the out of town scoreboard during your game. All games will get simmed when you finish the day regardless. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
