Fielding Stats for Playoffs

I'm just wondering why we've never had fielding stats for the playoffs? Is it just too much work for what it's worth or just an oversight? While it's certainly not a big issue, it would be a nice addition.

From Baseball Almanac to Baseball Reference, quite possibly even the Lahman Database and Elias Sports Bureau, I do not think playoff fielding stats are kept outside of the games themselves. That would require going through every box score and breakdown dating back to 1903.

ha, never looked, but i agree it'd be nice. the information from any 1 player is just cosmetic in nature and fun, but in aggregate it could add up to something useful to glean information from.... a truly dedicated ootp player... by dedicated i mean fanatic wacko

not facing the same average defenses in the playoffs. more high-side distribution than low-side, lol.
