Minor league development question
I know you can move a player up too soon or too slowly, but does it matter what level a player is on during the offseason?

Guys get prickly when I demote them so I try to only push them up at the end of the off-season, not the beginning in case something changes with their scouting report or the makeup of the team. I don't want to promote them in November and then demote them in March.
I don't know the answer to the actual question though. But, I haven't noticed a difference in development. |
