I've seen threads on this forum mentioning Steam Workshop pages for OOTP 17 and OOTP 18. However, looking at the community hubs for both games, I don't see any links to the workshop. Trying to directly link to each game's workshop also doesn't work as it simply redirects me back to the community hub.
Does this mean that once OOTP 20 comes out, any items I've uploaded onto OOTP 19's workshop will disappear? Will my glorious Zambian Baseball League be scrubbed from the interwebs next year? |

Yes you can still download older versions of workshop items if you own the game. Workshop visibility is set by a publisher. Workshop items for OOTP are only visible to customers and not the public. If you had 17 or 18, you could view those Workshop pages(and download them). They don't go away with new versions.

Never is ever obsolete in OOTP. I still have Quickstarts and files from 12 and stuff.
