Just bought 19, and constant crashes

I downloaded the game through Steam, and am getting constant crashes. I have deleted and reinstalled the game multiple times, rebooted my computer, etc and nothing seems to work.

I attached some files with some screenshots.

After the crash screens the game simply goes back to the desktop.

I've had every version since OOTP5, and I don't recall ever seeing a problem like this.

I also disabled the steam overlay, and verified the installation each time from within Steam.

Windows 10, NVidia Gforce GTX 960M,
