Changing current day players with their younger selves.
Can this be done? For example can I change the 2018 Felix Hernandez with the 2014 version? Or perhaps 2018 Tim Lincecum for the 2008 version? How is this done?
Thanks.

The simple way is to use commissioner mode. Start an exhibition game with the players you want to revert, make notes on their skills, then go back to your game and change the ratings.

I have done this but I like the idea of making the change since I do know it is possible, just not sure of the steps to take.

There are a couple of ways to do this.
1) Make the changes manually in the payer editor. You will need to be in commissioner mode to do this. 2) Import the player directly into the game. Try this: http://manuals.ootpdevelopments.com/...oner_functions

I do it all the time. In Commish mode I delete the players then import them as historical players. Nothing to it.
