plus converting is easy, just use batch thumbs to convert any image from jpgs to bmp's

There are also fictional facepacks out there in bitmap format and about the same size (zipped) as the JPEG facepacks - check baseballsimcentral.com downloads for OOTP4 and OOTP5.

Killerbrew's fictional sets for ootp4 are awsome, I use them ever since i bought season ticket baseball.

Mine are out there as well. Mine feature unknown players of all ages with logos removed from their caps!
They are in use with a few online leagues.
