How can I get better amateur draft prospects?

Tired of seeing at best 3.5 star potential prospects!!!

You can mess with the player creation modifiers for the major league which will change the player talent level in the draft. I have some ideas for values in the feeder leagues are broken thread but they might have to be tuned for each different league.

I generally focus more in international amateurs. When you win regularly, you always see the back end of the first round. There’s sometimes 3rd -6th rounders that become special. There’s a certain amount of randomness to it, so just roll with the best available and hope for the best.
