Edit Regions or in-depth league nationalities in game

Making a league that only allows a certain set of nationalities is very difficult. And once you begin a league, it's not really an option anymore.

What if I want a league that allows everyone but americans or a league with only dominicans and Japanese?

There has to be an easier way to do this. Two idea are, to allow creation of custom regions in game or to expand the nationalities setting. Allow us to select more than one nationality.

Definitely needed, plus Russia needs to be in the Europe at large region default

Expansion of the nationalities tool would be really cool, creates an interesting dynamic for intricate leagues.

Interesting idea.. That would be a pretty cool feature.. I struggle with the DSL teams in my solo MLB leagues.. I put my Dominican/Venezuelean players there, but the AI uses it for anyone rookie level.. Would be nice to customize the region.

Any possibility of getting this implemented? With the ability to use more than 40 namesets now, the universe possibilities are endless, but the lack of ability to edit regions in-game restrict flexibility. The entire universe needs to be pre-planned with no room for in-game adjustments.

Would love this to give the DSL the proper rules. Could even include a setting just banning a couple nations (so you don't have to approve a bunch), like the DSL where it's every one but draft-eligible players from the US and Canada.

That way we could add another year of professional service time allowed in the league and get rid of the international complex and just put all the discovered players there.
