GM of a junior team

Ive never played this game, but i am considering buying it after seeing the sale. One thing that I have always wanted to do is run a junior team. Wondering how realistic it is and what everyones personal experiences are. Thanls

In my personal experience it's messy. I guess the other manager hockey game in market is more organized in terms of junior teams.
