New patch problem?

I play games from the earliest time to the last game(not every game,whichever game I choose too play) and after playing just one game(start time 12:35pm) all the games were finished for the day. Been playing OOTP since 2012 and that has never happened before.

That's interesting. I've never been able to play through a game and not have the other games that day be done.

Be sure the check box for playing all games simultaneously is set the way you want it.

I haven't touched anything and I have always been able to play from start to finish in real time.

Regardless you'll still want to un-check the check box for playing all games simultaneously as Orcin mentions. The patch shouldn't have changed whether it was checked or not but it may somehow accidentally have been checked.

Would this be it? This is found under 'General Game Options' and scrolling to the bottom when you're in the 'Options & Preview' page at the start of a game.

Just to be on the safe side,I am going to go over the roster limit for some teams so I know for sure that I can play there games because their roster's will need too be adjusted.

I think you'll have to advance a day if you've already started a game before you'll get the option again. If the games have already started for the day you can't stop them.

The page show's up before the game does.

I knew I shouldn't have downloaded the new patch.

I almost never do but wanted too see if they fixed the disappearing time problem with the schedule editor.

Is that yesterday's patch?

I mentioned that I have never had this problem before.

I am going to start playing games in a few minutes. I will make sure some teams are over the roster limit that way they don't get played out incase I will try again too see if I can find it on this version of the game.

Nothing should have changed with the button or functionality. It's possible that installing the new patch could reset certain preset options, but if you go to change that flag before you start the game, it shouldn't sim other games in the background while you play out the current game.

Not to hijack the thread, but this seems like a good time to ask this question. Is there any chance OOTP could give us the option to select the games we want to watch/play and what games we simply want to sim in the background. I'm a watcher and often times there are multiple games per day that I would like to watch, especially when September roles around. Right now if I want to do that I have to disable the sim in the background feature. This allows me to watch as many games per day as I want. Problem is, I then have to go to each remaining game and hit quickplay, as hitting finish day takes you straight to the next days games. No chance to see top performers etc.
