If you were to create a Chinese League, what modifiers would you use?

I'm considering creating a Chinese League for my game, but closely mimicking the real-life CBL. It would most likely have anywhere between 6-8 teams, disallow foreign-born players, and then determine the format (month-long season, Fri-Sun only, etc.).

I'm just trying to determine where the league modifiers would be... below the Dutch and Italian leagues I assume, but above the German and French leagues?

Keep in mind, this wouldn't be a real league. This would be considered semi-fictional (real life settings, fictional players).

That seems about right from a cursory look. China at least has competed in the WBC unlike German/French, but they only have 2 wins total. Italy looks like it has about 5 wins, though I'm sure they're taking some players from MLB.

What modifiers do you mean? league totals modifiers or player creation modifiers?
