Historical league draft

Hello Everyone!! I am thinking of doing a historical league with imported minors and the draft. I am guessing that the database for the draft only goes til 2017?? So, if 2017 is the last year in the database, what do I have to do to get the game to start creating fictional draft classes?

Once the game runs out of real players it will generate fictional ones. It only takes a couple of years to run out.
