Game Times
Could someone help me understand how the game times work on the schedule? If I am listed as EDT, games seem to show up with starting times of 8:05pm EDT in the schedule (say, NYY @ BOS). However, a game on the West Coast (say, BOS @ LAA) will be listed as 1:05am. I have tried a number of things that I thought might work, but still get odd start times like this. Not a huge deal, just wondering if I am doing something wrong.

Sounds like the game times in the schedule file itself are set to Eastern time rather than being set to local time.

Is ther a way to modify this or the way it imports (other than changing the data file line by line)?

load the schedule up in just about any text editor and use the 'find and replace' function, or pop it into a spreadsheet and can probably do it likely faster by copy/paste down a column.
find and replace- you'd have to know all the 'odd' times, but it'd save deleting duplicates of each. make sure you reload that schedule at the appropriate time before the next season. believe preason or preseason+st, maybe. otherwise the effects won't be applied. you could edit it in game too, then export the schedule and make sure to re-load it for next year. (one-time reload needed, but keep eye out the following year for any auto-loaded schedule, like a schedule with your league's name in the file name. if that hapens, find and delete those files, then make sure to reload your 'fixed' schedule) |

Is there any XML editor that would allow me to (for instance) subtract 100 from the "time" value for the team IDs corresponding to the Central Time Zone?
