Help With Vlookup in Excel

Hey I need help. I'm trying to do a vlookup with a stat file from a dynasty and then stats from baseball reference.

I must b e missing something super simple, but why can't I get anything in column a to match with column b. I'm aware of some extra characters in column b and not all players are present, but I know Aaron Judge is in both and I just keep getting #N/A.

Seems like the space between first and last names in the 2nd column is not actually the same space as the 1st column. It seems to be no-break space

You're a genius! I can use the substitute function to swap out for a space and then vlookup. Thanks so much!
