Team leader?
My owner in my HRD wants me to acquire a team leader. Where do I find that information so I know who to get?

You want someone with a high rating in the "Leader" personality trait, and preferably the "Captain" personality class.
A good way to do this is to look for a cheap free agent with marginal quantitative skills but these tags. I did this and stocked several into my minor leagues once I realized the importance of team chemistry. (Before I realized this trick I actually traded my main catcher for one with inferior on-field skills because he was a captain... most captains are either catchers or highly skilled, expensive veterans.) You can find these people most easily by opening the player list, selecting the "Personality & Morale" view and then sorting by the "Leader Ability" or "Personality" columns. |

When looking at a player list, change view to "Personality and Morale". There you will find their Leader ratings. Also, read their Personality Description on the far right for a clue as to their makeup.
