Changing Skin Color for Highlights

OOTP 19 - OOTP 19 skin (light)

Is there any way to change the color of the background for the dark gray highlight for the ratings? With the light skin the ratings are practically unreadable.

Oy, that's terrible. I don't think the options with skins are that granular.
